Nashville Marriott at Vanderbilt University

Absolutely loved my stay at the Nashville Marriott at Vanderbilt! From the moment I checked in, the service was top-notch. Sam at the front desk was incredibly welcoming — he immediately recognized I was Indian and struck up a warm, friendly conversation. It was such a thoughtful touch that made me feel right at home. To top it off, I received a complimentary upgrade, which I really appreciated as part of my Marriott Gold status. It’s always great when a hotel goes the extra mile to recognize loyal guests, and this property definitely did. The room was spacious, clean, and had a fantastic view. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and that personal touch. Will definitely be back!

I have stayed at Vanderbilt Marriott in the past but this stay was an even better experience. Starting with Sam when I checked in. He was very professional and friendly. I shared I was having problems with my back and he offered to have a bell person assist me with my luggage. He did a great job explaining about the hotel accommodations and made sure I wasn’t having difficulties with my luggage before I got on the elevator. The room was very clean and the location is great.

The location was great. From the start I had to valet my rental and Serman was quick and friendly. Check in process was quick. The room was super clean. My only complaint was the work being done right outside my window, like literally. They were resealing and working on the windows. But it was as only temporary between business hours. So I wasn’t to concern, I just left the room when they were working. But valet for sure is where I had the best experience they were quick, friendly and easy to conversate with. Would recommend staying here!
