Nassau Suite South Beach an All Suites Hotel

From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I was impressed—not just by the beautiful property and convenient location, but by the outstanding level of service I received, especially from Eduardo. He truly set the tone for a great stay. Eduardo greeted me with a warm welcome and a genuine smile, immediately making me feel like a valued guest. He was professional, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to ensure that every detail of my check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. Throughout my entire stay, Eduardo continued to provide top-tier service. His attention to detail and willingness to assist never wavered, no matter the time of day. Nonetheless, everyone was genuinely welcoming and helpful! It’s rare to find someone so consistent and genuinely caring in the hospitality industry. Eduardo embodies what true customer service should look like—he was not only helpful but also made me feel at ease, which made my stay that much better. I’d like to champion the Nassau Suite Hotel for their attention to detail, impeccable customer care, and atmosphere of comfort & relaxation. From the moment you enter you will be met with a feast for your senses! The hotel decor is incredibly beautiful, the cleanliness is top notch, the staff is welcoming & gracious, and it smells AMAZING throughout. And I loved all of the thoughtful details, including laundry baskets, soft-close drawers, beautiful wooden blinds and ceiling-to-floor room darkening window treatments, courteous & attentive pool attendant and housekeeping staff, umbrellas and beach accessories, valet parking, fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment, secluded hot tub and heated pool, amazing showers & incredibly soft water, and some rooms offer excellent views. Everything is designed to elevate your mood, comfort and experience. Supervisor Eduardo is the essence of refinement and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasurable and relaxing. He even surprised my husband and I with a tray of wine and chocolate! My husband remarked on the flight home last night that the Nassau Suite Hotel will be our new Miami home. Thank you to Eduardo, Mercedes, Kevin, Tomas, the entire hotel & Blue Lavender Cafe staff and Management for your gracious hospitality and impeccable customer service. Our seven day stay wasn’t long enough. We can’t wait to return!

The Nassau suite was nothing but AMAZING!! Shout out to all of the Staff Jorge, Edvardo, and Mercy. You guys made me and my family feel like we were at home. I can’t remember all of the names but to the entire staff during our stay 7/5-7/8 you guys are all incredible!!! The roof top pool and Bar was amazing. The guy that was there daily was amazing too!! I highly recommend this hotel and my husband and I will definitely be returning. Y’all we are in love with this hotel seriously, they hold the doors if they see you leaving out, the front desk provides towels and umbrellas. Y’all have to check them out!!!
