Nassim Hôtel

Nassim Hôtel stands out as one of the best hotels I've experienced so far, primarily due to its fantastic location, which is conveniently close to everything in Marrakech. During our 10-day stay, we were fortunate to have the largest room complete with a balcony, making our time there even more enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly, always ready to assist us with anything we needed, whether it was finding a taxi or making restaurant reservations. Another highlight was the cleanliness of the rooms; they were tidied up every day, with fresh sheets as well. An interesting tidbit is that the cleaning staff seemed to work around the clock. Unlike other hotels where rooms are typically cleaned until 2 or 3 PM, Nassim Hôtel had our room impeccably cleaned even if we returned late in the afternoon. It was surprising to find that, after stepping out at 5 PM, we would come back just half an hour later to discover everything in pristine order. Overall, Nassim Hôtel left a lasting impression, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality stay.

Don’t go to this hotel. It is horrible, old and deprecated. I asked to cancel my visit because it was not what they show in the pictures and they rejected. And they dare to rate it as a 4 star hotel

Maybe I have over expectations towards 4-star hotels generally, compared with other 4-star hotel in Tangier, definitely not knowing how they have the stars. Perhaps they are classic, I stayed 3 nights with them (2 nights double room, 1 night suite), my wife commented “the most trapped accommodation in our trip” Except they have lifts, classical hairdryer, bathtub and spacious room, there was no fridge for double room, no cup sets for both rooms, LCD screen televisions for both rooms (definitely not able for Netflix as mentioned in suite at Agoda). We found a broken lamp in our double room and reception reply was “it’s a decor” which made the room too dim and the toilet seat was unable to stand, I had to hold it to pee(?!) And once I bought takeaway for dinner and supplies from supermarket, receptionist warned me and said they got room services, I would like to say, I didn’t even seen a hotline note to reception and a menu of room services in either room. And old fashioned air conditioning But they have a quite convenient location. Definitely similar price could consider better ones than this for the young generation tourists!
