Nassima Tower Hotel Apartments

I just have recently celebrated my birthday day here with my friends and co-workers and I was really satisfied with my stay. The staff were amazing from the receptionists, the bell boy, the concierge to the housekeeper and maintenence person. A special thanks to U___ (the tall African bell boy I can't remember his name exactly but he was super helpful from the moment we arrived till we left), Maria who gave us topnotch customer service with all our requests and inquiries and Khasif who was great at assisting with our needs. The concierge staff who assisted me to get taxi was also very nice. Their service was very genuine and warm. You can tell they love their work and is grateful for it. Rare humble and kind-hearted people is what they are and I hope the Nassima management give them ample credit because they are doing a wonderful job taking care of their customers and because of that I am truly considering to come back. The room was incredible. Fully-furnished, very spacious and the kitchen is well-equipped like a normal house with washer, oven, fridge, big and small cooking utensils and tools, microwave and kettle. The view from my rented room was incredible day and night. It's conveniently located within city centre and downtown, near various places of interests and offers a wide option for in-house and nearby restaurants, clubs, gyms, spas and other activities and establishments. The value for money is just the icing on the cake because we also have find it cheaper than most properties and yet you get the full benefits of a relaxing home away from home. Thank you so much and keep it up.

Customer service was 10/10 and overall experience. I 100% recommend this hotel for birthday parties, hosted a bridal shower for my sister, also very budget friendly. Thank you so much Maria and Umaru.

-1000/10 Very Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended! We stayed last night at Nassima Tower Hotel Apartments for a birthday celebration. The celebrant booked the apartment months in advance, expecting a smooth and joyful experience. But from the moment we arrived, it was nothing but trouble. When we checked in, we were told to wait for 30 minutes because the previous tenants checked out late. That was already unprofessional, considering the booking was made long ago and the schedule should have been prepared. Unfortunately, it only got worse. • The bathroom drain was clogged, causing dirty water to flood the entire floor. • The receptionist was rude, with zero regard for basic courtesy. • The customer service was aggressive, not helpful. Instead of calming the situation, they escalated it with attitude and disrespect. This is the first time we’ve experienced such poor treatment in any hotel we’ve ever stayed at. And to make matters worse, Filipino guests, please take note: • Singing is not allowed • Noise is not allowed • Basically, having fun is not allowed Even though curfew was supposed to be at 10 PM, they came to our room as early as 6 PM to shut down our small celebration. Not once, but over 5 times, the staff kept coming to the room ringing the doorbell, calling nonstop, even sending someone (a Pakistani national) and a security with a confrontational attitude who clearly wanted to pick a fight. Totally disrespectful. Is this a hotel or a prison with a thousand rules? We didn’t book in advance just to be treated like this. In the end, everyone was left heartbroken and extremely disappointed. Our guests left early because of the low-class customer service and complete lack of hospitality. To the management: You seriously need to train your staff on basic manners and hospitality. No guest deserves to be treated like this. To fellow Filipinos or anyone planning to celebrate a special event here: Think A MILLION TIMES. This place is not worth your MONEY, your TIME, or your HAPPINESS!!!
