Great service. Amazing food. Cool hotel grounds. Next time I will try the spa.

The hotel was brilliant for a family stay. The kidsLOVED the play area, it had trampolines, go carts, asoft play climbing area with slides and even toy horsesthat you can ride around. Myself and my partnerenjoyed the spa and spent an hour being pamperedand relaxing. The breakfast was amazing and had anincredible selection of hot and cold dishes, bothCatalan and international. The family room was lovelywith a super king sized bed and bunk beds for ourchildren and the room could be divided by a curtainwhen the children went to sleep, allowing us to watcha movie or read a book with our side lights on. Therooms came with a large walk in shower and twoperson jacuzzi bath. It was all very clean and wellmaintained. Housekeeping came daily to clean andchange the towels and bedding. The mini fridge isstocked with water and potato chips free of chargetoo. The staff were lovely and there was always.someone available and willing to help. It is rightbeside a main road and has on-site parking. Directlyacross the road is a mc donalds, an American stylerestaurant, 10 pin bowling with an arcade, a sports barand various supermarkets.

Bedbugs!!! Avoid this place (other nearby hotels also report this issue in their comments), we noticed bedbugs signs on the bedsheets / marrasses and had to leave… The reception team didn’t argue and didn’t feel surprised when we reported it. It seemed this was a known issue. It is shameful not to take serious actions and host guests in such conditions! On top of this major sanitary issue, the room that was given to us was not the one we had booked, was dirty, had windows on an interior patio of 30 cm wide…
