Natai Beach Resort

This was our fourth stay at the hotel, and we’ve experienced both the main hotel and the beach house – we absolutely love the beach house! Every time we come here, it feels like home and a kind of therapy for us. Everything about this place is just perfect – the staff, the rooms, the breakfast, and all the hotel facilities. We also love the beach here! Even though it’s too dangerous to swim in the sea, we really enjoy listening to the sound of the waves. The water is such a beautiful color, and the beach is always clean – it’s the perfect spot to relax. I really enjoy playing volleyball with the staff and pool with my boyfriend. One of my favorite things is cycling with him to Bordan Beach, and I also love our morning runs and eating breakfast afterwards. No matter how many other options we have, we keep coming back here. This hotel will always have our hearts, and we’ll definitely return again and again❤️

My husband & I recently stayed here for 10 nights & had the most wonderful relaxing time. The staff are so lovely & can’t do enough for you, they’re the most beautiful, humble people. It was my husband’s 60th birthday whilst we were there & the restaurant staff had arranged for the chef to make him a birthday cake, which they all presented to him at breakfast, whilst singing happy birthday! It was such a kind & thoughtful thing for them to do. As soon as the sun is up, the pool & beach front is cleaned, the gardens are being tended to & paths are being swept. The resort is the cleanest one we’ve ever stayed at, with the pool/resort toilets being cleaned continually throughout the day. We would, without a doubt, definitely stay here again.

It is a very run down "5 star" Hotel. The terrace rooms are big and well positioned BUT very old, musty and in need of a good upgrade. We took the quilt out of the cover and had it taken away as it was so musty. We asked to have the air conditioner serviced which they did and brought in an air purifier which we had going for the 8 nights of our stay. The staff were brilliant, friendly, professional and more than happy to assist. The food was good for both breakfast and dinner with good selections on the Luxury Escape package. Who ever is training the staff should be complimented as they were all exemplary and really made our stay special. We wouldn't stay there again because of the age of the rooms and remote location. The location of Natai Beach Resort wasn't good for tourists without transport.....not much in the main town although there was a taxi stand outside the main entrance.
