Great location , service, everything really. The low score however is because it’s extremely easy to hear everyone in other rooms or the hallway. When people checked in after midnight I could distinguish their entire conversation. Extra hard if you’re getting up early to hike Torres del Paine. Their breakfast was fantastic though :)

The receptionist if this hotel has a serious issue. He could not accept "foreign" credit cards and demanded cash in dollars upon arrival. We payed but then all of a sudden he told us that he doesn't have change which would have only been USD 60. He promised that we can trust his world without wanting to give us an written confirmation. We almost had to force him to give us a signed paper. Conclusion is that the hotel in general would be nice, but this employee made our stay very uncomfortable as we clearly cannot trust him.

Unfortunately, this hotel disappointed me and my family. The rooms are not cleaned, there is dust everywhere. There are mold in the shower, no one has luxuriated here for a long time. If you are waiting for private, you are wrong. You can hear everything, even with the curtains there is enough light in the room + to see from outside. You can hear EVERYTHING from the corridor. Especially at night it is very unpleasant. Normally, I don't need to write negative things, but the shower corner is really too much. The rooms are very small (in order to open two suitcases we had to move the bed, chair and lamp).
