We enjoyed our stay here. We had a nice and comfortable family room that accomodated 5 guests. Highly recommended for families with senior or person with mobility challenges. Its near Jordan MTR station and there are a lot of good establishments to buy food and gifts.
Nathan Hotel location is very good and convenient. The hotel definitely needs some upgrading. The rooms are one of the biggest in HK. We had to wait but the reception upgraded us. Service was above average and attentive.
We stayed here for 4 days. Public transportation is easily accessible from here. The rooms are big and clean. They also provide UK adaptors so no need to bring. The wifi is average. The only downside is their bad service. Everyone is utterly rude from the food attendants to the manager. I hope they improve their service and live up to their 4star mark.
