Very good. Perfect for tourists to Yerevan. Just 2 minutes walking distance from Republic square. Ample shops, eateries, forex exchange, coffee shops & restaurants. Has vibrant night life around.
Rating based on expectations of a 5 star hotel. This hotel is more like a 3 star hotel with a fancy bell boy and an expensive restaurant. Restaurant and food is actually really nice. Rooms are pretty bad - heater connected with spliced wires, mold in the bathroom Room cleaning is sub-par - they didn’t take trash away nor replaced the water bottles consistently. Shower leaked on the floor with crooked floors. Pool is nice, although mold in bathroom and sauna. Service is nice, it’s nicer if you speak Russian, but ok for English speakers as well. This looks like a hotel geared at cheap russian speakers disguised as a 5 star hotel.
The only good thing about this hotel is its location. The cleanliness is nowhere near what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. The staff's behavior doesn’t even meet the standards of a 3-star hotel, especially when a problem arises. For example, according to the hotel's brochure, breakfast is supposed to start at 7:30 AM, but the restaurant doors were still closed at 8 AM. Surprisingly, when we asked them why, they simply said, "It's not our responsibility." In short, it's a hotel with a great location but staff who have clearly received no training in customer service or respect for guests.
