A Memorable Family Holiday at Natra Bintan Resort Natra Bintan Resort is truly a fantastic destination for a family getaway. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the staff and their exceptional service. Everywhere we went, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and were always ready to assist, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. The staff were also quick to respond to our needs. They helped promptly when we had an issue with the hot shower and even assisted with our damaged luggage — always attentive and service-oriented, which really made a difference. The food was another highlight. There was a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, catering to different tastes. What impressed me most was the freshly baked pastries served warm at each table — a thoughtful and delightful touch that elevated the dining experience. Overall, we had a wonderful time at the resort. The warm hospitality, excellent service, and family-friendly atmosphere made it a truly memorable trip. We’re already looking forward to planning our next visit!

Very good comfort and service! Bed was comfy and perfect for a great night sleep, food tastes great and they offer many many activities on the huge pool they have! The service was amazing! The staff were very kind and helpful and they always carry a warm smile and thank you warmly! They also apologised for the water tank heating issue and upgraded us to the best room they have! Would definitely come back to visit

Our recent stay at Natra Bintan Resort was quite enjoyable and provided the perfect backdrop for a couple's getaway. The accommodation was comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, which made our experience even more pleasant. Since we visited on a weekday, the resort was not crowded, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful and tranquil environment. One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning man-made pool. Upon arrival, we were immediately impressed by its beauty, and it provided a great space for relaxation and water activities. The resort features a single restaurant, which offered average food. Our package included breakfast but the variety was somewhat limited, offering a mix of Western and local dishes. Lunch was an ala cart menu. However, we discovered the Tapia Bar at another resort nearby, which we enjoyed more. They had a fantastic drinks promotion—6 bottles of Bintang Crystal for 450k—and the food there was definitely better. Our room was clean and comfortable, equipped with simple amenities. However, we found the pillows to be firm and lacking in neck support, which affected our sleep quality. The open-air bathroom and toilet were unique but may not be suitable for those concerned about privacy. While the resort's atmosphere was relaxing, we were disappointed by the limited facilities. Unfortunately, it rained shortly after breakfast, and aside from the restaurant, there were no other activities to engage in. We ended up staying in our room and watching TV, which was not ideal. We end up book ourselves for Spa where we can local tropical massage. Overall, our holiday at Natra Bintan Resort was enjoyable for chilling and relaxing. The unique tent accommodations and beautiful pool provided a lovely setting, although improvements could be made in dining options and room comfort. We would recommend this resort for those looking to unwind in a serene environment.
