Natura Villa was our very first hotel in Bali, and we instantly fell in love with the place. The staff are some of the most amazing people, always caring, friendly, and helpful. The food was great, and our villa was just perfect, with a private pool and a stunning jungle view. Breakfasts were delicious, and the shared infinity pool overlooking the jungle is even more breathtaking. We were lucky enough to have a whole monkey family visit our villa and watched them playing across from the main pool, such a magical experience! They also offer a free shuttle to and from Ubud center, which made exploring super easy. Honestly, I can't imagine going to Ubud without staying at Natura Villa again. We absolutely loved it!

Natura Villa in Bali offers a beautiful jungle setting with a crystal-clear pool, friendly staff, and delicious food. The jacuzzi is a lovely bonus for relaxing. While some of the finishings (like linen, towels, and room furnishings) feel a bit old or tired, and there’s some dampness that’s hard to avoid in the tropical humidity, overall it’s a wonderful, restful stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful oasis away from bustling Ubud central.

Overall, a three-star experience. The location is a bit far from the main streets of Ubud, but the valley view is truly beautiful and serene. The property appears to be quite old, and had I known this earlier, I probably wouldn’t have booked it as I personally prefer more modern facilities. Our room had an outdoor bathtub, but it was not in good condition, so we didn’t use it at all. The private mini pool had leaves and bugs in it, which also discouraged us from trying it out. The beddings didn’t feel like four-star quality, and there were a lot of insects around the room. When the staff member showed us in, there was a squashed worm on the floor, which he didn’t notice, honestly, it was quite off putting. We found ants and other insects in the bed, and heard strange noises from them during the night. When we woke up the next morning, the TV table was covered in dead ants. As the name suggests, the place is indeed very close to nature, but perhaps a bit too close for our liking. Breakfast options were limited, but the staff were warm, friendly, and made us feel welcome. Overall, we might stick to standard hotels and resorts next time for a more comfortable stay.
