Wonderful Family Resort with Exceptional Staff This was our family’s first stay at the resort, and we had a truly memorable experience. The lodge was clean, comfortable, and very family-friendly — a perfect place to unwind after enjoying the water park. The resort also hosted a lovely Easter egg hunt during our visit, which our kids absolutely loved! While we were at the water park, I unexpectedly experienced a heat-related reaction and felt dizzy and weak while waiting in line. It was a scary moment, but the staff responded immediately with calm and professional care. They guided me to a cool area, gave me electrolyte drinks, and stayed with me until I felt better. I was especially touched by their kindness and respect — they made sure I felt safe and supported throughout. Despite the unexpected incident, we left with warm memories and a deep appreciation for how well everything was handled. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and the overall value for the experience was excellent. Highly recommend this resort for families — we would definitely return!

Even though I had pre paid my deposit of $190 online when I got there I realized after driving for four hours that I’d forgotten my wallet. I had cash and lots of it but I did not have my debit card because why would I need it? I’ve already reserved the room with it right???? They told me that because I did not bring that exact card with me so that they could physically swipe it ( in case of ROOM DAMAGES smh) even though they had already received $190 that I voided my non-refundable reservation… I had just driven four hours with a 12-year-old and an eight-year-old and they wanted me to drive back four hours and back again so for a total round-trip of 12 hours to bring them that physical card and would not try to assist me in any way, shape or form. In fact, they were so incredibly rude while I stood there crying my eyes out over how this was my very first vacation in years as a single mom and they did not care. they would not even allow us to go to a waterpark after they took $190 from us, knowing that my sons were standing there upset!!!! I have a large presence on Facebook and I have several content creator friends, one of them extremely famous and I recorded the conversations on the phone with the manager and I will be posting all of that information. When I left there I found a hotel immediately they did not mind me making my reservation online and did not have to have my physical card so I’m still on vacation with my sons and I will update and edit this to the fullest extent of the situation when I get home after I’m done enjoying my vacation that they tried to ruin.

I am Incredibly disappointed with the staff here they are so very rude, arrogant and obnoxious. I’m referring to the front desk ladies also while I was there, a woman had her two children and they drove four hours to get to this location and figure it out that they had not brought their wallet with her debit card and drivers license. But the lady had already reserved her room online with her card and she had pictures of everything she needed, and the staff would not even attempt to work with her. I was standing next to her when she was talking to one of the managers on the phone and had them on speakerphone because she was recording the conversation. Apparently she Has a Contant creator friend and she herself has some kind of connection with Facebook. Listening to the manager on the phone speaking to her like she was straight trash when she had proof that she was the owner of the card and that she made the reservation was ridiculous and I hope that all those ladies have the day that they deserve.
