I can't bring myself to call this place 4 stars. The food is bad. The service leaves much to be desired. The receptionists are rude, they lie with pleasure. They don't fulfill the requests at all. They put all the responsibilities on the maids. They are electricians, plumbers, janitors, etc. For their hellish work. The maids are great, they are priceless. But not all of them. If only the pay was appropriate. The furniture is dirty, needs dry cleaning. Torn chairs in the room. TVs are always not working. Night lights are always broken. The vacuum cleaner is terrible, the cord is rewound. 4 stars for a minute. The ceilings are stained, they need to be replaced. The shower stall door always flies off, cheap. The price does not match.

Poor service. The elevator was disabled from the first day and no longer worked. Dinner ends at your own discretion, sometimes at 21, sometimes at 20 there’s nothing left. The water was turned off every day in the rooms. For 72,000 for three days it could have been better. I gave it 2 stars only because the kitchen is trying. Overall delicious. The rest is simple 🤦🏻‍♂️
