We rented a family apartment for one night, very friendly staff who helped in all matters, the apartment is clean, spacious and cozy. If you need extra utensils to cook, the ladies at reception will give you everything in a set, which you then just leave in the room. A gorgeous view of the lake.

We had a lovely stay here. The breakfast was nicely set up and the food was delicious. The grounds were beautiful and we appreciated the stand up paddle boards that were available to use on the lake. We utilized the laundry option here which was well priced and our items came back timely and nicely folded which we didn't expect. The only thing I'd suggest would be to have a fan in the room. Since we stayed on the 3rd floor in the middle of the summer, it got very warm in the room with little air flow even with the glass doors open. Overall, the staff was very friendly and accommodating and we enjoyed our stay here.

Great suites with fantastic view. Good breakfast, good service. A bit far from the city center. No elevator. Experience soured by the fact I asked for coffee, which is complimentary and was told by the lady she can turn the coffee machine on for me, without informing me I will be charged. At checkout I was charged €6 which an insane amount of money to charge for (usually) free coffee without even informing the customer. This kind of uncool nickle-and-diming is how you lose a good review.
