This place is like a fairytale! The apartment was comfy and very clean, the little details are heart warming. (Hot water bottle, backpack for hikes, spa bag for towels and the list goes on…) All the staff is nice and welcoming, the food and service is high quality. And the panorama sauna! Let the photo speak for itself. We really hope to come back again, there’s a lot left to discover in the area.

I paid a deposit on 3 April, as the plan was for me to be on a retreat on 20 May. On 25 April I cancelled, due to illness in the family. After many unanswered emails, I managed to get in touch with Julia on 17 May. She wrote that she would personally make sure I got my deposit back, but I should just be a little more patient. Now it is May 30. I found it very frustrating that they don't just refund my deposit. It doesn't take more than 10 minutes to return the money, even though they write that it is their peak season and they lack people. I hope you will refund my deposit soon so we can all move forward in this matter. Thanks
