Naturhotel Alpenblick

Excellent clean location, food and warm Gäste! We discovered a little piece of heaven! Unfortunately we couldn’t fully enjoy hotel facilities because we stayed just one night. For sure we will come back!

Terrible service - avoid this hotel! After checking in and unpacking, I was suddenly told I’d have to switch rooms due to another booking - something never mentioned beforehand. The next morning, they changed the plan again, forcing me to leave entirely by 11 AM, ruining my trip. My small dog was panicked and distressed by the sudden changes. On top of that, the pricing was misleading, only revealing at checkout that the cost was per person. The owners were rude, dismissive, and showed zero care for their guests. By contrast, Entners am See is a beautiful, accommodating hotel where the staff makes sure your stay is truly relaxing. The difference is night and day. Naturhotel Alpenblick is untrustworthy - stay anywhere else!

On top of that, they misled us on pricing, only revealing at checkout that the cost was per person. No transparency, no apology, just arrogance. In contrast, we previously stayed at AJA Fürstenhaus am Achensee, where we received exceptional service, including a complimentary bottle of champagne and cake for a birthday. The difference in hospitality is night and day. Naturhotel Alpenblick is a disaster - stay anywhere else!!!
