Just a hidden gem of a place. The restaurant had some of the best food I’ve had in Germany. Their breakfast was amazing. The WiFi not so much. They need to work on that and the room was ugly but it’s in a beautiful place and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the Black Forest. I also wish the sauna hours went later.
Charming hotel with delicious food, nice spacious rooms (good enough for family of 3 and with an option of connecting room), wellness with 2 pools and sauna area. Pool bistro offers lunch buffet and house made yummy cakes. Fantastic choice for breakfast. Only the bread I found tasteless. Perfect location to get away for relaxation, no mobile network 👍 picturesque nature around and hiking routes right at the hotel‘s door steps. Deers walking in the garden, where you may feed them - excellent experience for kids and adults. Loved it!
Quiet and green location. Nice spa, comfortable rooms. It’s a fantastic place for a tranquil retreat, especially if you’re looking to disconnect and recharge. However, the check-out experience (lady receptionist was ignorant to the point of being rude) fell short of expectations. Addressing this would make the experience even more enjoyable.
