We've been coming here every year since my son was 4 (he's 17 now), except during lockdown. 10 min walk (or short bus ride) from the cable car that takes you up to the Alpe di Siusi/Seiser Alm area for both alpine and xc skiing. Very friendly and attent owners and staff, luxurious healthy breakfast, children's play room, swimming pool, and laundry, clean spacious and well equiped rooms/apartments each with kitchenette and jacusi bath(s). Dog friendly.

We stayed here for three nights and was absolutely pleased with our stay. It acted as our mini refuge and the room was perfect after a good early hike in the morning. Location I think the location is pretty ideal. There's a nice footpath from the main bus station to the hotel. While it isn't in the heart of the town, it is just a short 5min walk West. Room The rooms were spacious and modern. We especially like their showers, good water pressure and an innovation solution for their shower-tub combo. Breakfast Varied and of good quality. The best thing is that they switch up items in their menu everyday so you never tire of it. We had to leave on an early bus on our last night and Marco (our host) wasgracious enough to pack us some food for the road. Service It's always welcomed to have a friendly face greet you after a long satisfying day in the mountains. Marco and his team weren't simply just hoteliers. They also want to get to know you and make your stay as perfect as it could possibly get. Facilities We also made use of their pool during our stay. Of course, it was refreshing to dip into the pool after a hot day out.

A very strategic location—just a 10-minute walk to the cable car, 5 minutes to the bus stop and supermarket—yet it still offers a peaceful Alpine atmosphere. We really liked the apartment’s design, and it was always pleasantly warm. At night, the house's warm lighting combined with the snowy scenery outside creates a very cozy ambiance. We stayed in Apartment E for 14 days for a cross-country skiing holiday. Overall, it was a great experience: the room was exceptionally clean, and the booking process was very convenient. We recommend booking directly through the accommodation to ensure the best price. That said, there were a few things we didn’t like as much. The small sauna operates on a reservation-based shared system, limited to 4 (or 3) people at a time, rather than being reserved per room/apartment base. Personally, I think it would make more sense to reserve sauna use by room/apartment. The jacuzzi’s water outlet had sediment buildup, and it took five days before the water finally ran clear without spraying out black residue. (Of course, you could also spend an evening repeatedly filling and draining the tub to flush out the dirt.) These small issues weren’t a big deal, but there were two major inconveniences for us: - The apartment shares a hot water system. If one person is showering while another is washing dishes in the kitchen, the shower temperature fluctuates unpredictably—either too cold or too hot—which is quite frustrating. - The induction stove has very low power. Even at maximum heat, boiling water in a pot is slower than using an electric kettle, making cooking a meal take three times longer than usual.
