We stayed at this campsite for nine nights in August, plus one night in an apartment. Upon arrival, we were initially a little concerned about the proximity to the main road; however, once inside the campsite, the noise was completely unnoticeable, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay. What we loved: -The friendly and welcoming staff made a wonderful first impression and ensured an excellent arrival experience at reception. -The facilities were truly exceptional — absolutely luxurious and thoughtfully designed. The high-quality materials and finishes far exceeded expectations for a campsite. It’s clear that considerable investment has gone into creating a space that blends comfort with style. Every detail felt meticulously planned. -The swimming pools were simply glorious. I especially enjoyed early morning swims in the outdoor pool before it got busy. -The indoor pool was stunning, with a beautiful stainless steel liner that gave the water a shimmering, crystal-clear effect. -We loved the early morning bike rides. There are so many cycle lanes just a stone’s throw from the campsite, making it easy and enjoyable to explore the surroundings on two wheels. -The bakery in Fugen was a delightful find. -The mountain parks nearby far exceeded our expectations, offering fantastic outdoor adventures. -The stunning mountain scenery provided breathtaking views throughout our stay. -Travel into Innsbruck was easy and convenient via nearby trains. -Ice cream treats were delicious—and only 2 euros, which was a lovely bonus! -The drying room was sooo good! -The cleanliness throughout the campsite was impeccable. -Free lockers for laptops and the ability to use the apartment lobby for a bit of work added great convenience. -The playground and low ropes course were amazing and a definite highlight for children. -The on-site shop was well-stocked and very convenient, and a supermarket with plenty of organic options was within walking distance. -Despite a previous visitor’s comment on Google about the pitches being unsuitable, we found this not to be the case. While rock pegs were necessary, the pitch was excellent and drained exceptionally well—unlike other campsites we’ve visited where pitches became muddy and waterlogged in the rain. -The weather during our stay was beautiful, adding to the overall enjoyment. -We were particularly impressed with the campsite’s strong commitment to environmental sustainability. The green initiatives and eco-friendly practices throughout the site were inspiring, reflecting genuine care for the environment. It’s refreshing to see such dedication to sustainability combined with luxury and comfort. One minor downside: Most of the families on-site were Dutch, and their children tended to socialize mainly among themselves, speaking Dutch. This made it somewhat isolating for our English-speaking daughter, which was unfortunate. Of course, this wasn’t anyone’s fault—just a natural circumstance—but it did dampen the experience slightly for her. Overall, this was a fantastic campsite, perfectly blending luxury, nature, and sustainability. We would happily return and recommend it to anyone seeking a high-quality, environmentally conscious camping experience with excellent facilities and beautiful surroundings

We stayed here for five nights and had a great time. Very friendly staff, great restaurant and clean sanitary facilities. Great indoor and outdoor pool. The camping is right beside a busy road which can be a bit noisy.

I was really looking forward to camping here but unfortunately this is not a great campsite for couples (no kids). Pros: Great facilities, helpful & friendly staff. Cons: Crazy busy, felt like a kids club, constant noise from busy road, expensive, struggled to find any shade (no trees on pitch 169), walk to Fugen is alongside the main road, no quiet areas, massage room is next door to kids indoor play!
