Naumi Hotel Dubai

The hotel is lovely, the rooms are large and clean. Our house keeping attendant, Indra was absolutely fantastic. Very polite, kind and always wanted to be helpful. Whenever we asked for anything like a bottle of water or for the room to be cleaned we knew it would be dealt with professionally. If I had a business that employed people, I would want Indra on my team.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the dusitD2 Kenz hotel in Dubai. The location was not hard to find and very convenient with a supermarket being across the street which came in handy because I forgot something. Also, the hotel has a restaurant with room service. The rooms were clean, modern and very cool considering the temperature outside which reached 114 Degrees during my stay. Also, a very special thank you to Indra my housekeeping attendant, he was always friendly, prompt, respectful, and ready to provide anything that I may need to make my stay comfortable. He made my stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend staying here.

The hotel offers very good price to quality ratio. It was nice and clean, staff were very polite, they even upgraded our room. The breakfast and dinner was also very tasty, we had 3 times dinner and every evening there were new options, so the food was always fresh. I highly recommend if the price is right. Some furniture (eg wardrobes) are outdated. Also the bathroom deserves better cleaning, but otherwise everything was good.
