Man, what a great place!!! Great staff, coconut bowling, local food and drinks, what more could you ask for?..... But they do so much more. The rooms are huge, clean and so close to the water you fall asleep and wake to the relaxing sound of waves gently breaking on the shore. Ben, Jovita and Sha took care of everything we needed including booking tours and telling us were to find the best of Belize. We will be back for sure!!!
The place is older and the rooms dated but they are clean and comfortable. Don't expect U.S. accommodations. The caretakers are great and made the stay very welcoming. They would go out of their way to take find you answers or get you what ever you needed. It's a great place to stay to get to know the culture a bit.
Nothing wrong with the place, clean, on the beach. the place is dated. Not sure what the reasoning but the bar and restaurant weren't open. We were told by the staff that they would cook breakfast, lunch or dinner but we'd have to let them know ahead of time so they could buy the food. The staff itself consisted of 1 guy and 1 girl but they were extremely friendly and helpful.
