Nautilus Family Hotel

We were on a family holiday and I can definitely recommend this place. The hotel environment is modern, nice, and clean – just like the rooms. The staff is kind and friendly. It’s true that the service at the restaurant was a bit slow at times, but nothing serious happened, and they were always very nice and did their best to make things right to our satisfaction. The food was excellent, the options were varied and regularly changed, and it was no problem to ask for something outside the standard menu. The beach is beautiful and clean, there’s also entertainment for children, including facilities, play areas, and animators. Overall, I have nothing to complain about.

Currently staying at the hotel. I will update the review as our holiday progress. Hotel is in a nice location and staff are very pleasant. Rooms are clean and view is great. We originally were not impressed with the food but a discussion with the restaurant management resulted in a much better culinary experience. My Gnocchi today is quite nice and so is the meat skewer. The animation team have tried their best to adjust their program to accommodate for our daughter and I do appreciate their effort. So, 1 star for nice room, 1 star for nice staff, 1 star for entertainment, 1 star for food and 1 star for wow factor.

Like: · We like the room size, new mobels, balcony view, size of bathroom and cleaning. Hotel has a very nice access to the beach. Beach has sands with few see shells, the sea does not get deep fast. Sea is clean, water temperature was good. Only 1 day it was rainy and the sea was not suitable to enter for kids. I like the weather because there is no humidity even though you are next to the sea. Lunch and dinners were awesome, they have several options for all kind of people. We had chance to try several excellent fish dishes and pastas. Their buffet menu was grate. We really liked their sweets. All the person did their best to help us. Thanks for especially Mr. Michelle in the restaurant for his support. They have plenty of options for non-alcoholic drinks. Kids also liked the dancing event after dinner near the pool. I have to mention, their coffees during the breakfast were really good. I still have that taste with me. Improvements: The elevators are limited, slow and sometimes waiting times gets longer. If the weather is not good and you could not spend your time in the sea, there is nothing to do else in the hotel. They don't have variations on different activities. Mostly pool, sea or beach. The check out time is 10:00 am just after the end of breakfast, it might be better to make it 11:00 or 12:00. Their breakfast will be richer with some additional cheese, olives, green vegetables and hot dishes. It will be good to have some fresh fruit juice. They should increase the variety of the fruits during lunch and dinner. Their underground parking is difficult to exit :). They should make some automatization for that. I was stuck when I went to go out. It will be good to add some more English/German channels to the TV also.
