I had a fantastic experience at the Nautilus Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was outstanding. The staff was incredibly attentive and personable, always ready to help with a smile. Our room was spotless and very comfortable, which made for a relaxing stay. Not super modern not nice One of the best features of this hotel is its prime beachfront location … just steps from the back of the hotel and you're right on the sand. The beach attendants, Isaac and Samson, truly went above and beyond to ensure every guest was well taken care of. Their professionalism and attentiveness made our beach days extra enjoyable. They did a PHENOMENAL job! If you're looking for a hotel that combines great service, cleanliness, and a perfect beach setting, I would highly recommend the Nautilus Hotel. I’ll definitely be coming back!
When you think about going to a hotel and getting the penthouse suite do you expect VIP treatment? In your mind you would expect good customer service appreciation for being there spending the kind of money that you’re spending for that type of room. If it were a celebrity spending the same amount of money that I just spent, they’d be treated like Gold but no regular people that they don’t even know of they treat them like crap they tried to price gouge one of my friends that was coming to visit me for guest parking for $100 to park after they told me it was $35. I called down to the front desk and they never called me back about it. They just acted like it never happened. They also only give you a five sets of silverware and after you use them, they take them away and only leave what you haven’t used and they don’t replace them. They also don’t give you any type of soap you would think for a penthouse suite they would have more accommodations for people living in there. The room was nice, so however, the outside for the fantastic suite had seat covers that look like they haven’t been replaced in years and has just been sitting in the weather. When I was leaving, the person checking me out, handing me my paper and said here you go and didn’t say anything else to me after I just spent almost 5 grand in two days. All in all the room itself in the grand scheme of things was nice to have a little details do matter so maybe it’s time to replace some things. The view itself was really good too, but if you’re wanting to have that whole experience of a penthouse suite and VIP treatment don’t waste your money cause you won’t get it here. *Edit in response to GM* If you know your hotel is undergoing renovations then you shouldn’t sell the room and you should be warning the guests or lowering your price if you are. Either way your response to me shows you clearly don’t care and I’m definitely never going back there.
I have already been here several times, but I can say for sure that now I will not return. The cleanliness is getting worse and worse, starting from the rooms, where the dust is not wiped, and let's not mention the floors, lest it be a mistake to go without shoes in the room. Then there is the pool which is dirty to the last degree, Mr. Manager I recommend you go and look at the white tiles on which the water depth is marked, that is where you can see the best the mess that is at home. It is better not to mention the rest of the hotel, I can say that a few years ago it was cleaned daily, which is no longer done these days. It is a shame that it has reached such conditions.
