Stayed here for a week, and the room service was top-notch. Daily fresh towels, linen changed upon request. Comfy bed and pillows! The location is perfect. Not too far away from the bustling night life, and still very quiet at night. We stayed at the pool access room and got the pool to ourselves most of the time. Highly recommended!

It a great hotel for me, comfortable and beautiful room with pool access. Helpful and friendly staff. Perfect location, easy access to almost everything. With in house cafe and massage service. The only problem is no lower water hose in bathroom, difficult to wash our legs or take whudu.

We were booked into the Moon Deck Suite (there’s 2-ours was 3012). Fantastic size room and we loved the moon deck (although tired looking) but unfortunately not long after turning on the AC we noticed an awful smell. The shower also flooded and the tap came off. We were moved to a cheaper, smaller room but it had pool access. The AC worked brilliantly and the bed was firm but comfortable. Breakfast options were limited. The location was ok. You could easily walk to the main bit along the beach from the hotel or get a Grab. There is a local taxi rank right opposite the hotel though so some Grabs may not pick up from right outside. The staff were fantastic, courteous and friendly. We ended up checking out 2 days early and they helped sort out a refund for those 2 nights for us which we truly appreciated. Despite the issue with the Moon Deck and the breakfast we enjoyed our stay.
