I received detailed information about the self check in process days in advance with pictures and communicated with them via WhatsApp for the duration of my stay. I've stayed for 1-night in February/23 I really liked my room - it was bigger than I expected. There was a common area with coffee machine and some refreshments that was great! Although I haven't met any of the staff in person - they were very kind and gave me enough information for my stay (from check-in / check-out information to a small local guide information) I really felt very welcomed - it was my first time in such a type of host and I love it - freedom to go in and out and full privacy. If you are looking for a well located place with all the feeling of living as a local - I would recommend this place. If you are looking for a hotel/hostal place style - this isn't the place.

Stayed 8th-11th October 2022 We are just home from spending three fabulous days in Rome. We booked two bedrooms.in the navona vite suites and our stay was amazing from start to finish. The host Valeria was so warm and friendly and couldn't do enough for us and gave plenty of recommendations as to where we should eat for authentic Italian food. Thr accommodation was superb, spotless thanks to the charming Marguerite who was so warm and friendly. Thr location was perfect. A stone's throw away from the piazza navona. I can only say positive things about our stay. The Italian people are so warm and friendly, the history and culture was outstanding. And the Italian cuisine and aperol spritz were the icing on the cake... Rome.is a must see city and this is the perfect place.ton stay in and is walking distance from everything. We will definitely be back.
