My wife and I just checked out of this magnificent property after a 4 night stay. While the location and quality of accommodation is top class for Naxos, I want to spend time reviewing the service. Unfortunately, our airline from the US didn’t load a piece of luggage onto our plane. As we immediately flew from Athens to Naxos upon arriving in Greece we didn’t have time to collect our luggage the day after when it arrived. I’ll spare you the details, but this led to a 2.5 day search for our luggage. During this entire time, Petros and the entire Hotel Rhyton team was fantastic in helping us find our luggage. Petros even went to the airport himself to collect the luggage when it finally arrived in Naxos. It was in our room that night when we returned from a day of exploring the island. Talk about service!! Don’t hesitate booking this place if you’re looking for a modern hotel, with a superior location and phenomenal service.
Beatiful room with a stunning view from the balcony and jacuzzi! Great service from Petros meeting us at check-in and the friendly cleaning staff. Tasty breakfasts included just a 1min walk away, or it can be brought to the room but we enjoyed sitting outside at the cafe. Parking can be a bit tricky, they have a couple dedicated spots, but if full there are some public lots a short walk away.
Stayed at the Rhyton with my husband for our honeymoon. The views and location is 10/10!!! The room is stunning and very high tech which we enjoyed. We were in the hot tub every night watching the sunset over Portara. Breakfast delivered to the room was perfect and delicious. It was overall incredible!! However, the bed wasn’t the comfiest and the sheets felt cheap. I expected more of a luxurious feel for the price we paid. The “complimentary” mini bar was also pretty lacking. Those are the only 2 complaints though! Even with it being so close to the busy town of Chora, it was so quiet and secluded. Felt like our little secret.
