Nice hotel. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is great. Ahmed does a great job with it. Only downside is that I Couldnt use the pool as they charge you 5 euros to buy a swimming cap which is pretty ridiculous.
I’m sharing my honest experience at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was very disappointing. The service was extremely poor. Requests for room cleaning or basic amenities like an iron were completely ignored. The bathroom in my room was clogged, and despite reporting it to the reception, no one came to fix it. The staff, particularly the lady at the lobby, was neither polite nor friendly, making me feel unwelcome and uncared for. The breakfast was underwhelming, with a very limited selection of food and no coffee machine. The on-site restaurant was overpriced for the hotel’s quality. Most shockingly, the lobby staff reminded me unprompted that guests were not allowed in my room—a comment delivered in a rude and unprofessional manner. I’ve never experienced such treatment from a receptionist in any country. In summary, this hotel might suit those on a very tight budget, but if you value decent service and respect for your money, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
Overrated in general. Room size is decent with a king sized bed but hard pillows. Curtain has a hole and a bit thin so didn't feel secured especially at night time. View outside is truly shocking, didn't expect to see the slum areas around the hotel. TV channels are limited, CNN is the only English channel but it gets boring to watch the same old news. Amenities in the hotel seem good, they have gym, swimming pool, spa and sauna available though I didn't have a chance to try any of them. Breakfast is included from 7am to 10am but food variety is very limited. I still can't believe they don't serve orange juice for breakfast. Coffee is filtered and taste the worst out of all. Had a room service for dinner, ordered vegetables with noodles but they gave me beef with noodles and a missing whole pepper. I didn't enjoy the food in the hotel unfortunately. Service wise is good but I feel like they respect men a lot more than women.
