Great Hotel for one night rest. The room is big with comfy beds. Food was a big spread with many varieties of delicious food. Recommended Hotel 🙏
My 1st time staying in this hotel. This is my 2nd time coming to Israel and on this trip i really enjoyed the food. Awesome salad bar at Plaza Hotel. I'll never know if they replaced the towels in the room or just folded them nicely. Anyway my room is decent enough for me to sleep soundly. I like that the shower stall isn't cold in winter. Perfect for me when i love to shower daily, even in winter. Considering that i came during peak period, the receptionist at the lobby was plesant. i don't mind coming back in future to Plaza Hotel-Nof Hgalil.
1. Receptionist: fast response during the check in process on that "peak" hour (around 5 PM). Had my experience to switch the double bed to the twins bed. This guy was responsive enough. 2. Lobby area : still have a renovation, a little bit messy. 3. Food & restaurant: the manager was friendly and loved to welcome the guests. The food was varied enough. 4. The parking area was spacious enough. 5. The room hall was dark enough (less lights) even though it was automatically lights. 6. The inside room : completed amenities, no toothbrush & toothpaste, bath towels, floor towels. The floor was equipped with carpet. 7. WIFI : inside the room was very weak. Only in the lobby was there a good connection.
