Landed here as a Transit passenger. It seemed further from Airport than other hotels. Staff were great, always assisting with a smile. Location little dodgy. Restaurant food were ok, just barely there. Room was massive, but no AC.
Very very bad service. I asked multiple times for help for WiFi connection nobody helped. The bathroom was very dirty and they didn’t allow me to bring snacks into my own hotel room. They want you to buy from their own market. The receptionist were very mad and not welcoming.
Horrible rooms. Extremely dirty. Bathroom was atrocious. Ethiopian airlines booked us here for a missed connecting flight.
