NEAPOL boutique hotel

The hotel is located in a very quiet part of Georgia called Isani. It is about 10 minutes from the old Tbilisi city centre. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. Always ready to offer assistance of any kind. The rooms are of the right size. There are facilities that of an apartment such as microwave, stove, refrigerator etc.. The view from the balcony is breathtaking especially at night as you can see the city lights which highlight the landmarks. There are supermarkets right beside the hotel and a bus stand 2 minutes away by foot. The stay overall was excellent because of the staff and the hotel ambience

3 star hotel and apartments. Standard service but staff is very kind . The owner Mr. George is always around to greet you. Maybe some water bottles upon arrival will be great for just coming Travellers. Tea and coffee making facility is available but you need to buy the coffee and tea. Supermarket is few steps from hotel. Hotel is in a calm area but near from the center. A taxi to the old center will cost 5 lari but taxi drivers might ask for more, stick to normal fee .

Good people with excellent hospitality are the reason for the 4 stars. Hotel is a normal one like any 3 star hotel. Located within the city having 24/7 grocery shops next to it and most of the restaurants deliver food. Dint had any free complementary water bottle. Breakfast was very simple with one juice, coffee or tea, one type of bread, cheese, honey, jam, butter, olives, one fruit slices, omelete, sausage, chicken nuggets and chocos.
