Fantastic stay! The location is right in the center of everything. Great value for the price. Parking is available for an extra fee. The staff was super friendly, and I was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a brand new room. I was unsure at first because of some past reviews, but I’m really glad I booked. 5 stars all the way!

Lovely hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious and the beds are exceptionally comfortable, the dining area extending on to the patio is great, and the bar is well stocked. There is a hot tub, sauna and steam room and a range of massage treatments. We chose a relaxing one and really enjoyed it. But the best thing about this hotel is the staff. Some had been there on our previous visit and were delighted to welcome us back. For our anniversary, they surprised us by arranging the room with rose petals and towel swans and a sweet note of congratulations. They always go out of their way to help. On this occasion, I was a victim of fraud and the receptionist came to the bank's ATM to assist. Special thanks to Pauline, Camille and Melina for their outstanding service and hospitality.

Location is perfect for visiting the city. Rooms are more like a hostel - I was very surprised and disappointed, especially for paying $450/night.
