Nehô Suites Cannes Croisette

I recently stayed at this wonderful 4-star hotel in Cannes, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail of my stay was perfect. Their professionalism and warmth truly made a difference. The spa is an absolute highlight—beautifully designed, peaceful, and offering top-notch treatments that left me feeling completely rejuvenated. The pool area is equally impressive, a serene oasis perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the city. The rooms are spotless, cosy, and elegantly decorated, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Everything was impeccably clean, and the attention to detail made it feel like a true home away from home. Overall, this hotel offers an amazing experience, combining luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Cannes!

We stayed at this hotel for five nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast offered a good variety and quality. The only drawback was the noise from the street at night — traffic could be clearly heard from our room, which affected our sleep. Upgrading the windows to better soundproof glazing might significantly improve the comfort for future guests.

The hotel’s location is good, but none of the reception staff are friendly at all. They are all very aggressive. There is no bellboy at the hotel. When we checked out, nobody helped us — we carried all the luggage ourselves. We booked four rooms because we are a large family. We stayed for 13 nights, but we would never consider coming back. All the staff are very aggressive and not a single one is friendly. Despite our long stay, housekeeping only changed the bed sheets once in 13 nights. Even when we showed them the dirty sheets, unfortunately, the cleaning service was still poor. We got tired of constantly going down to the lobby to complain. The elevator is very slow and very old, stopping at every floor. If you stay on a higher floor, it takes a very long time to get down. Plus, the elevator doesn’t have a sensor — if you have small children, it’s dangerous as they could easily get caught.
