Neige et Roc The Originals Relais

We had a pit stop in Samoëns while hiking part of the GR5 trail, and the Chalet-Hôtel Neige et Roc was beyond what we could have hoped for. Welcoming, warmly sophisticated, brilliant service, and beyond comfortable. Thank you kindly for going above and beyond.

Beautiful chalet-style hotel with very friendly/helpful staff and comfortable well-sized rooms. Excellent location within the village with a ski bus stop right outside the front. Also, the jacuzzi and steam room facilities are fantastic and offer a great way to relax at the end of a big day up on the hill. Great for families and/or couples.

We stayed 4 night 11.7.23-15.7 23 In this lovely hotel a couple +2 kids 13/17 , and had the best time! , the family hotel ,. The rooms were clean ,with a great veiw from the balcony, the staff was very hospitable ,giving us the good service and information, the breakfast was excellent and worth the 18 euros we paid, tha facilities inner pool with the crazy slide , pool outside warm tempreture, spa sauna ,,tennis court,..wich we all used, were all great, the walking distance from the town of samons city center . Defiantly The perfect combinatiin of locations/facilities/staff .
