We are having a great time! They surprised us really nicely for my daughter’s birthday! Location is perfect, but compared to other hotels around here is very quiet at nights. Room is amazing, spacious, the third bed we had is super comfortable not an old sofa like others. Mattress covers and pillows super nice. Bedsheets extremely clean. Housekeeping did a great job changing towels and cleaning the room! Breakfast was absolutely delicious and amazing!!!!

Very nice laid back hotel. The best pool ever. They also have indoor pools. Very good breakfast. Lovely rooms. The best part is the location not too far from everything! Good staff and amazing cheap cocktails!

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was far from what the photos and descriptions showed, starting with the housekeeping, they were very rude and badly trained, the floors were drowned with water, they didn't even restock our mini bar(water, coffee etc) they also didn't give us new cups to drink with instead we had to ask for new cups, she gave us new cups and we told her to take our old ones instead she took our old cups, went to the bathroom and just put water in them, then removed the water from the cups and put them back on the table for us, in the bathroom the towels that we had already used were found on the floor and no new towels were placed and we confronted them but they declined everything and under the beds it was extremely dirty as if they didn't clean it for months. moving on to the pool which was filled with chlorine more than it should have, it left my eyes red and puffy and caused my sister allergies, even the free water they put on the side tasted like pool water, filled with chlorine, moving on to the food, the chicken was so dry, the scrambled eggs tasted like water. The staff in the restaurant both the main and pool one were so kind and hard working but the housekeeping and all the others were so rude and were refusing to give us basic hotel room needs, the bathtub kept spilling water, the sink was so old and tiny I couldn't fit even one hand in there, the shampoo, conditioner and body wash were all the same thing but just in different packing and the walls were so thin you could literally hear the person next to you conversation . Overall this hotel has zero value for money and I don't recommend it.
