NEMA Design Hotel & Spa Adults Only

We had a memorable stay at Hotel Nema in Crete! The most beautiful suite with a private pool was incredible and offered perfect privacy with no overlooking views. Everything was flawless, and we especially want to thank the staff: George for his exceptional service, Nikos at the reception for his warm welcome, and Lydia, the manager, for her professionalism and kindness. A big thank you also to the housekeeping staff for their remarkable work and attention to detail. Their respect and care for the guests are truly appreciated. We will definitely return!

We travelled Europe for 6 weeks and stayed at some amazing hotels, but NEMA in Crete is certainly the best hotel of them all. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning and has some amazing facilities, however it was the service that made our experience so memorable. The workers there all need a huge raise and deserve every tip they get. ALL staff were sooo nice and went above and beyond for us. A special mention to the manager liana who is probably the nicest person I have ever met, and just made our stay so incredible. I will be recommending this hotel to absolutely everyone.

I had a really great stay at this hotel and would honestly say it was a 10 out of 10. The food was good, but what I loved most was how beautiful the whole place was. The pool area outside was such a nice spot to relax, especially with the music playing in the background. There was also a gym, which we used quite a bit and found super convenient. What stood out the most, though, was the staff, everyone was so friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. I’d definitely give the hotel 5 out of 5 stars. The only reason I’m taking off one star is because one of my makeup products went missing from the room. I had used it before housekeeping came in, and afterwards it was gone. We couldn’t find it anywhere, and although I mentioned it at the front desk, there wasn’t really any follow-up or update about it. That was a bit disappointing and something I’ve never experienced before. Other than that, I really enjoyed my time there and would definitely come back.
