⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Unforgettable Luxury & Hospitality at Falling Rock – Nemacolin Our stay at Falling Rock Hotel at Nemacolin was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism that set the tone for an incredible experience. The service was impeccable—prompt, caring, and consistently attentive. The hotel staff went above and beyond in every aspect: our room was spotless, the food service was top-notch, and any in-room support we needed was handled quickly and kindly. The thoughtful touches like a selection of baths, pillow options, and welcome gifts made us feel truly pampered. Getting around the property was a breeze thanks to the efficient and friendly shuttle service. The drivers were not only safe and reliable but also a joy to chat with, adding a personal touch to every ride. Nemacolin offers a huge variety of dining and shopping options, and the grounds are packed with activities—from the zoo and golf course to The Peak and the Grand Lodge. We especially loved the spa treatments, which were relaxing and expertly delivered. But what truly stole our hearts was the art. The property is filled with stunning pieces that make every walk feel like a gallery tour. It’s a beautiful, inspiring place that we can’t wait to return to. The only downside was the smoking allowed in the casino. We walked in and immediately walked out due to the smoke. A non-smoking section would be a great addition to make the space more welcoming for all guests. Overall, Falling Rock is a gem. If you're looking for luxury, relaxation, and a truly memorable experience, this is the place to be. We’re already planning our next visit!

Best vacation ever!!!! The whole place is like a dream on a mountain. The staff was spectacular and made us feel very comfortable and relaxed. Best pool bar at the falling rocks location. Definitely coming back… thank you to Rhonda, Bert,Dennis,Lauren, Katie, Coleen, Janelle,Vinny Tommy, mike and everyone else who made our stay a success! A big Thank you to housekeeping and those beautiful flowers all over the property.

Nemacolin is tons of fun and endless amounts of things to do. It was awesome to just spend all day in the spa on one day of our trip. Food was good. Drinks were fun. The art around the resort was super cool and we got to meet a really kind artist in residence. Housekeeping was very accommodating. The shuttle service is impeccable - so easy to get from place to place. It's just SO GOSH DARN EXPENSIVE. The prices are so high it's comical. I don't think I'd be able to afford going back on my own in my lifetime.
