Nemea Appart Hotel Grand Cœur Nancy Centre

This is kind of the TEMU version of a 4 star hotel. Everything is somewhat cheap, but we also only paid 55 euros a night including breakfast, which is a price point you cant complain too much. The pool is big but pretty shallow and the hot steam room luke warm. Our room was clean, and the matrass comfortable but lacked a lot of amneties usually included in a 4 star. Its also somewhat sterile and not really "cozy" for my personal taste. The breakfast was alright for it being included in the room, a lot of frozen items being heated up, probably disappointing if you pay 16 for it though. Especially since they in have any effect or 2 days. In the context of the room price, it wasn't a bad stay. I feel bad for the workers here though who have a horrible work schedule I've seen (8 to 12 then 16 to 20)

Rooms are renovated but unfortunately still old and wear furniture. No AC makes your stay a nightmare even if they provide you a small fan. Be careful, no privacy at all if opening the windows. Service is the worst or non existent. It is too expensive for the quality and service compared with other hotel in the same area.

All was good, however they took a room deposit of €150 that they never returned. My inquiries now fall on deaf ears. No hotel should demand additional money upfront to stay there. I do not recommend this scam
