Nice and polite staff. Large room Great pool area. Negative: no cleaning material in the apartment. Should be easy to fix (and a MUST,just read the reviews on the net)

A great disappointment. We had booked and paid for a flat with 2x bedrooms, sea view and pool view and were given a small room on the ground floor with a sofa bed and a bedroom that didn't even have a window. Apparently something went wrong with the booking. We are supposed to speak to the manager tomorrow, but the staff said they don't hold out any hope for us as the hotel is fully booked. Update: We spoke to the manager today. Tomorrow we will get the room we booked. As an apology, we can park for free and have breakfast for free today and tomorrow. Update: The room change worked out today. We have finally got the flat we booked and which fulfils our expectations. Now we are finally looking forward to our holiday on the Cote d'Azur.

I leave a two star review because the bedding is not great. I went to the front desk and asked for a second pillow and they told me you only get one pillow per person. What type of policy is this? I only get one flat pillow per person. My neck hurt for two days after. How crazy is it to not allow people to have a second pillow? I guess they could not be burdened with the extra laundry cost... Could have easily been better if they cared at all.
