NEMEA Appart Hotel Paris Levallois

The hotel is quite new and our room had everything we needed, including a kitchenette. The bathroom is new and spotless, I can highly recommend NEMEA. Another important mention, is the staff. Martin and his colleagues have been great help to me as I forgot a valuable object. They were so kind to find it and ship it to my home country.

We were able to store our belongings before our room was ready. However, when we entered the room, it had not been cleaned. When we requested a new, replacement room, the receptionist barely apologized. Otherwise, the room was great, all the equipment was fine, except for the TV (Netflix). The TV is not connected to the internet, so the only thing you can watch is TV in French. Everything else was fine.

We stayed here for the Paris Marathon as reviews said it was close to the Arc de triomphe. I wouldnt say it was as a walk to the metro or tram was 15mins plus travel time into Paris. The rooms were decent sized with a small kitchenette, although this wasnt particularly useful. There was a coffee machine, but no coffee provided. Only one teabag to share. There were two hobs for cooking but no pans or cooking utensils, and no knives for eating. Only spoons or forks. We realised on day two that there was no room service and had to ask for the bin to be emptied. The shower leaked all over the floor so we had to use a spare towel to stop the flow while showering. After the marathon there was no one on front desk to ask for the sauna to be switched on. No staff returned until the monday morning. We also found that although the hotel is advertised as having a gym and cafe, there is no cafe, and the gym has very little equipment. I felt the hotel was overpriced for what we got, and that the advertisement wasn't really accurate as to what we received. I wouldnt recommend staying here unless the room rate was reduced. Not for me.
