Nemea Appart Hotel So Cloud Lyon Part Dieu

We really enjoyed the pool - it was perfect for relaxing. The room was big and comfortable, with everything we needed. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made us feel right at home. The location was great and convenient. Definitely recommend for a lovely stay!

This Appart-hotel is located near Part-Dieu station, which means you can utilize the shops in the station. It also has small gym as well as small swimming pool in the floor 1, and those were nice to use. But the location is not close to the old town. We booked this place in the hope that we could have a view. Many rooms in this place should offer the view due to the height of the hotel, but we were not so lucky. I asked for a room on higher floor, but was provided with an apartment on 1st floor, which was a bit dark and humid. We woke up with the sound of kids playing in the playground of the kindergarten directly below the room. Our room was not prepared for four people, and the receptionist had to come to our room to make the sofa bed ready for sleep (we helped also). The receptionist offered free breakfast for the next morning due to this, which was a nice gesture. When you book this place, ask specifically for higher floor. Then maybe your experience would be better than ours.

Nice hotel poor service. Booked a twin room, received a double. Attempts to change were first ignored and subsequently told the hotel was full although I know of other guests who changed rooms. I wouldnt stay again.
