During my stay, the room was good, nice design and clean. No issues at all. The public facilities were fine, and breakfast was okay too. But the air freshener in the lobby was pretty strong and a bit unpleasant. Maybe it’s just personal preference, though. The rest of the hotel’s scent was fine, just the lobby one was a bit too much.
The location is nearby with indomart. Easy to find grab. Have a basement carpark so not worry to park your car
Rooms - wish it had more lighting. Quite dusty Service - hospitality is superb. Great and kind staff. Crossing the street has always been a problem for me (if u know JKT’s traffic, then you'll understand ) but the staff is always kind enough to help me cross. Location - close to PIM mall. Walkable but I take grab
