Neo Hotel Boutique

Everything was excellent. Rooms are very clean and everything looks like brand new. Bed is big and super comfy. Breakfast is tasty and also there is option to choose ingredients by yourself. Location is good with a lot of nice coffee shops and restaurants (including ones with Peruvian kitchen) and also near beautiful Olive park. It's located between shore and city centre which gives opportunity to easy visit the most parts of the Lima. For the last but not least I want to say that people are just very nice and they responded to any request gladly.

I flew into Lima at 5:30 and got to the hotel around 7:30 in the morning. Even though I asked to just store my luggage, they just checked me into the room at no extra cost as the room was available. So wonderful! Later I wanted to walk to Miraflores. Katherine, the receptionist went to great lengths and printed out the Google map directions on 3 pieces of paper and taped them together! She also recommended an excellent local restaurant for lunch. At night, they brought up a heater when I mentioned it was kind of cold. Excellent staff who went the extra mile to make the guest feel at ease! There is a bakery just 3 mins away. Went there twice for breakfast. Great quiches, empanadas and coffee. Even closer is a restaurant specializing in the famous Peruvian BBQ chicken. Great place for dinner.

The staff and the service was great. Breakfast was decent. The room was a little small but well decorated. The hotel is well decorated on the interior. The hotel is also only about 10 minutes from Miraflores. I removed a star because the rooftop bar was not even up and running. They should notify potential customers on their website that the rooftop bar will not be open. Also I removed a star due to the prices of the laundry. I got a jacket, some underwear, a couple pairs of socks, 2 pairs of pants, and a couple of shirts washed and the total came to $40 USD. There's no reason that the laundry price should almost be the price of a room.
