Neo Hotel

Lovely and modern room. Very spacious. Clean and modern. Very comfortable and good air condition. Great and friendly staff and service, they are very service-minded and do a lot to help you. Amazing breakfast. Great parking. Stayed here during a normal weekday, which was cheaper, and the value was amazing for the price. Close location to grocery store and to bus that helps you visit the city center. Very nice courtyard too. Would love to come back! The visit here was very relaxing and luxurious.

The hotel is nice, the room is clean, and we had breakfast included in our stay, which was pretty good. There’s also parking on the street level and underground, but you have to pay 5€ per day for the underground one. I gave a 2-star rating to the service for 2 reasons: 1. We got to the hotel one evening, we were very tired, and we wanted to sleep, but couldn’t do that until 11:30 PM, due to the loud music and chattering from the restaurant. 2. In another evening, we wanted to get some fries for dinner and a couple of cocktails - when we ordered fries, one of the waiters took the cutlery and napkins from our table and said “this is for dinner, not for fries”, and then proceeded to bring us plastic cutlery instead… We don’t eat fries with a fork and a knife, but the mere act of it was a bit disrespectful.

It wasn't particularly bad but it isn't quite up to a 4 star hotel standards. There are no balconies where we were. It should be standard. Standard rooms should be more spacious. Breakfast was okay.
