Neptun Hotel

Just returned home today after a seven day visit to beautiful Dubrovnik. We booked this week long stay on Love Holidays and paid a little extra for a room with a balcony and sea view including breakfast. The staff are all very respectful and considerate special mention to the Breakfast staff Vide gets a special mention as he was very attentive and knew your routine and order. Another special mention goes to Manuela at reception who was very helpful. It is a great hotel with all you could need and the #6 bus drops you to your door from the centre of the old town. You can also take a wonderful walk from the group of hotels along the promenade all the way down to Sunny Beach area. We loved our stay and are already looking to return in October. We stayed in room 3306. Many thanks to all the staff.

Very nice location, all rooms have a sea view balcony. Most of staffs are very kind, and very good breakfast buffet swimming pool with sea view Room was with out air conditioning it when we opened the window coming insects in

Very outdated 5star hotel in prime Location. Without this Location it wouldnt even be a 5star at all. Just been an afternoon in their Panorama Cafe. Enjoyed the coffee and the View. - Came by car with Baby and used their own i door parking. Unfortunately it wasnt mentioned anywhere what kind of car size will fit. We had big issues changing the Floors to find a parking. And almost crashed the car like the people behind US. They couldnt make it around the curve and totally crashed the side mirror and his door. - also the indoo parking isnt Barrier free. It had only Stairs. No change to get out or change the Floors when you come with Baby stroller or wheelchair or any physical Handicap. Its a absolut no go! - parking there is very costly. 1st hr 4€ After that each Additional hr 3,50€. The vending machine to pay for parking only allowed card payment. No Cash.
