Neptune Paradise Beach Resort & Spa All Inclusive

I was here back in Nov, 2022 and the memories from my stay at the place are unforgettable. The staff were friendly, so many fun activities and games. The dining experience was amazing too. The rooms were comfortable, clean and offered maximum privacy. The gardens were well maintained and had ample rest beds. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone who is visiting Diani and would absolutely come back myself.

Quite a good experience generally with the hotel. Food was good, staff were friendly and always engaging, the views from the pool and the garden of the ocean are beautiful. You can also share the facilities available at Neptune Village while staying at Neptune Paradise. There was performance shows every night which were also fun.

The bedrooms are very basic. The lighting is terrible in the bedrooms. Showers are without doors so after each shower the bathroom is a slippery hasard. The food is ok ish morning pancakes and waffles constantly under cooked. Meat at lunch and dinner constantly way overcooked. Staff is constantly looking for baksis. Drinks at the bar very poor. They have like 5 drinks available on the all inclusive menu and 4 times out of 5 they are missing ingredients. There is almost never ice available for drinks which is a mystery to me when every day is over 30 degrees.
