Neptune Village Beach Resort & Spa All Inclusive

Such a good place to get away from busy and noisy life. The rooms are clean,well arranged, the staff are very friendly and caring as they offer good service. The hotel is located in such a good place, has a good view of the ocean,good cool breeze and beautiful serene environment. The food is so diverse ,tasty and well prepared Would definitely visit another time😊😊

The hospitality, management, drivers, food, rooms and even the mischievous little monkeys were incredibly awesome. My daughter and I had such a wonderful stay. The food was excellent, the staff was amazing. I can't wait to come again! Excellent Service! Great Experience and the All Inclusive was superb! Flawless!

Our stay at Neptune Village resort was an excellent experience, especially since it was a holiday trip with friends. The rooms were neat and well-maintained, although the air conditioning units seemed a bit old and less efficient than expected. On the other hand, the restaurant was outstanding, serving great food, and the support staff were really friendly and helpful. One area for improvement is the communication at the reception desk. When booking a package, it's essential to clearly explain what's included and excluded, especially regarding drinks. Simply stating that "all food and drinks are inclusive" can be misleading and lead to unnecessary confusion. More transparency in this regard would enhance the overall experience. The beach, however, was truly marvellous – beautifully maintained, neat, and picturesque. Overall, we had a great time here and would highly recommend it. To fully enjoy the resort's offerings, I suggest planning for at least a three-night stay. This would give you ample time to unwind, explore, and appreciate the resort's amenities.
