Neptuno Hotel & SPA

I recently stayed at Hotel Neptuno and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect — just a short walk from the beach and close to many restaurants and shops. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. One of the highlights of my stay was the staff, especially the receptionist whose name I unfortunately don’t remember — but it started with “Vi”. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. She made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived and went out of her way to assist with any questions I had during my stay. Her warm attitude truly made a difference and added a personal touch to the whole experience. I would definitely recommend Hotel Neptuno to anyone visiting the area, and I hope to come back again soon!

Such a beautiful hotel situated in the main part of Callela streets. 100 meters from the main street and 400 meters from the beach with a supermarket right next to the hotel was a perfect location as we've previously stayed at a hotel outside the main area. The staff we're amazing and so helpful throughout our trip. Every morning greating every person politely and helped with any request for breakfast & meals. The receptionists though we're amazing, Valantina made the language barrier so easy as they spoke multiple so we're really helpful. We booked an apartment and ok, maybe choosing one with a balcony would've been a better option to sit to relax to enjoy the view of the town at night and ok the cleanliness of the room may be an issue to some people due to sand and bugs but so glad we did as the apartments are not attached to the main hotel building but have there own private access door so made it so easy to come and go instead of going through the hotel each time to get to our room. The hotel has a brilliant Spa an has three excellent pools, one mainly for parents with children, another in the courtyard which can be noisy when eating food or relaxing on the chairs and a roof top pool with a view of the cathedral and mountains which was perfect for us. Put it simply, We're looking forward to booking another trip to Callela and staying at the hotel again.

Very nice place to go! Very kind people from the bar especially Sunny. He is always in for a little talk and greets me at every entrance I make and everytime I saw him. The hotel is very good at serving. They bring everything to you no matter where you are. The hotel feels like a home when you’re 2 days in. The try to teach you words Spanish what is really funny and nice. I will come back here! Love it!
