This place was such an unbelievable find! I would classify it as a 4 star hotel but for long term living. I got a fully stocked apartment - fully stocked kitchen, washing machine, big balcony, two bedrooms, bathroom with shower, slippers and towels for 4 guests (I was alone but I didn't realize I'd booked this large of a space) I extended my stay when I realized how amazing it is! It would be amazing for long term stays. It's off the main drag so it's quiet but it's close to everything, less than 5 minutes drive to just about anything you can think of including the airport, supermarket, restaurants, the ocean... it was super clean and everything was in good condition. The bed was sooo good comfortable and it was made nice and tight, with a good blanket ... pet friendly, dog areas everywhere, I would definitely recommend this place and I'll be saving it for my future stays!

I think the location is the most exclusive that you can get. In radius max. 10 minutes, you have airport, train station, beach, but you are not on a noisy street. The hotel is clean and matches the photos. Only negative, that pool wasn´t filled, but it is not season yet, so i get it. And if you have car, many parking slots as well. Overall very good for good price.

While the apartments are located very close to cheap transport going both the center of Rimini and Riccione (10-20 mins on a tram/bus that cost abt €1,50 - abt a 2 min walk from the gate), it is directly in front of some Alice in wonderland themed live show, that blares loud music until abt 2am on weekdays. Furthermore, the fans in our apartment-style room were difficult to use, and turned off after less than a minute - u gotta keep turning it off and on to work - meaning the nights were excessively hot and uncomfortable. On top of that, the boiler stopped working, causing me to have to skip showering for half a day - not pleasant in 30*c heat. Also, despite the significant price, the spa cost €20/abt45mins and the pool shuts @ 11, with the whole area being off limits (I was asked to leave even tho I was just trying to cool down ont poolside because of how shit the fans are - wasn’t planning to go in or even wearing swimwear) Overall, not terrible, very close to the beach and towns -which have plenty to do (water slides, inflatables, theme park, ancient structures, lovely -mainly seafood- scran and a vibrant nightlife) however for the price I expect working air conditioning and boiler, and not to be thrown out of the pool area when I’m not even swimming.
