Room is very small No facilities in hotel Room Telephone isn't working The hotel isn't fully booked and the reception refused to upgrade the room Cleanliness level is poor Toilets should be cleaned daily and I requested to clean it on the 3rd night stay no one stepped in

Best thing in here is the restaurant staff and breakfast food. Bathroom is very old, bathtub door is rusty, hardly close, and bathtub is stained dirty. We reserved 2 rooms for family, they placed us in two different buildings, the excuse was there was not available room next to us, however most of the rooms were empty and we made the reservation ahead of time. First thing I saw there was a dead roach in the lobby. They do not provide shampoo, cheap shower gel is all you get. They do not mention nor provide the wifi password unless you know about it and ask for it. Stray cats are everywhere including the breakfast restaurant. If you happen to pay any extra money up front, the resort administration will refuse to refund the extra charges instead they promise to give you a better deal next visit!! There will be no future visits.

Very bad customer & reservation service I called to make a booking twice they told me send a mail and they’ll get back to me in less thank 24 hours A called after a day after i got no reply a rude agent not helpful at all replied that they didn’t get back to me as they have a meeting ! I asked to connect me to reservation and he said i can’t in a very bad manner and i asked to make a complaint he also said there’s no one you can contact Unpleasant and unprofessional If that’s how they’re dealing with a guest over the phone i’m not willing to spend a day there
