Had the pleasure of staying at the Ness walk on a recent trip to Scotland. Unfortunately, our stay was only 1 night as we were on a golf trip and had to head down to St. Andrews the next day after having played Royal Dornoch. This hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at in my life! The service team is incredible. Very friendly and welcoming! I highly recommend staying here if you have the opportunity. You will not be disappointed!
Situated in the city center. Rooms and the hotel are beautiful. The staff is highly competent, very friendly, and dedicated to providing first rate service. Food is terrific in the restaurant with a Burgundy trained chef and the wine list is broad, but emphasized Burgundy. I’m usually a tough grader, but this is THE place to stay.
We stayed 3 nights here in July. The rooms were nice with lovely courtyard and river views. The staff here are outstanding and the attentiveness really adds to your stay. The front desk staff were very helpful in recommending things to do and other places to eat. We had 1 dinner at the bar and the breakfast every morning. The food is delicious! I loved the fresh fruit, pastries, and yogurt, and my husband enjoyed the hot dishes from the menu. It’s conveniently located right across from the River Ness and a 10 minute walk into town. My only suggestion would be to add a mirror over the sink in the separate toilet area.
